Perched in the West Hills of Portland, this project entailed an extensive interior remodel - shedding its 80s roots and stepping into the present. With quick access to downtown Portland, this condo is convenient for urban living yet feels like a peaceful retreat from the city. The existing space was reimagined into a sanctuary with an airy brightness and views of Mount Hood to the east. This unit is just under 1,000 SF but feels much larger due to the generous ceiling height.

The new all black kitchen is sleek and modern featuring Dekton countertops and color-matched casework. New white oak floors provide a natural brightness while the fireplace has been reclad in Absolute Black granite and provides a warming focal point. White walls, clerestory windows and soaring vaulted ceilings give this formerly 80’s style home that is fresh and modern. New smooth wall finishes, floors, doors, trim, and lighting throughout have been incorporated throughout.
