Adam is licensed in Oregon and Washington, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree from Washington State University, as well as a Master of Architecture
degree from the University of Oregon in Portland.

Ross is a fifth geneation Oregonian, born in McMinnville. He spent his first years in the industry focusing on public works including projects with the Beaverton School District, Portland Community College, Oregon State University, the State of Oregon and Timberline Lodge. He brings technical prowess and deep intellectual curiosity to the range of architectural and interior projects at Ment.
Ross is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.

A lifelong resident of the West Coast, Solomon grew up in the foothills of the Sierra in Northern California surrounded by beautiful mountains and easy access to Yosemite Valley. Inspired by design and construction from a young age, he attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he received a professional bachelors degree in Architecture. A decade was spent in San Francisco in the offices of HOK and BAR Architects. He worked on many different project types over the years, but always knew that residential architecture was his original passion.
Solomon is licensed in Oregon and California, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo.
